Before being caught, he had visited Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai and Ajmer. We have informed the embassy,'' Hisar superintendent police Hanif Qureshi said. "Mainly, we want to know his purpose of moving around in military stud farm here. This for sure s a serious affair," the SP added.

Elaborating, Qureshi said acting on tip off, a police party headed by Inspector Virender Sheoran was formed that apprehended the accused.

Initially, a case under Foreigners' Act was registered. As the investigations proceeded, various sections of IPC were also added in the case, Sheoran said.
